Weeknights (Monday - Thursday)
$125.00 per night for 2 persons

Weekend Nights (Friday -Sunday) & Holidays:
$150.00 per night for 2 persons

Each additional guest is $10.00/night, maximum of 6 guests.
Children under 6 years old stay free.

Cleaning Fee: $50.00
Minimum Stay: 2 nights, (Holidays - 3 nights)
Payment: 50% Deposit required to hold reservation,
Balance due at check-in.

Check In/Out:
Check in after 3 PM. Check out by 12:00 Noon.

Refunds:
Fully refundable if cancelled no later than 14 days prior to check-in date.

Fireplace Usage:
Firewood is provided during the months of October through March.

Not Allowed:
SMOKING, pets, ATV's, dirt bikes or similar vehicles.

Taxes are not included in our published rates:
Murray Co., Georgia Sales Tax 7%, Occupancy Tax 5%.
